At JJB Catering, we pride ourselves on delivering the finest southern soul food and BBQ, ensuring every event is a delicious and memorable experience for our clients and their guests. "Cooking with Love and Passion"

JJB Catering has been a project for about three or more years now. It is a catering company that will provide elegant dinner meals for any small occasion. JJB Catering is affordable for any budget. We cook all meal from scratch and all fruits and vegetables are fresh. JJB Catering is something that is very special to me. The title JJB represent my kids' names which is Jaliea and Jalen Barnes. My kids and family inspire me to cook and to take pride in cooking.

The purpose of this company is providing entertaining and delicious meals. JJB Catering specializes in many different themes such as weddings, family reunions, sporting events, banquets, and company luncheons. We also specialize in a variety styles of cooking, but Southern style and Bar-B-Que is what I love. My signature dishes are Racks of Ribs, Odell’s Delight, and Odell’s Signature Bar-B-Que Seasonings.

JJB Catering have performed in many different events such as St. Andrews A.M.E Church Annual Women’s Day dinner, participated in different contest, and also prepared a buffet style dinner for 528th Quartermaster Company's Organization Day while serving in Iraq.

After serving 10 years in the military, Odell Barnes started working at a child care center in Seattle, Washington as a kitchen Manager. During that time Odell learned that cooking was beginning to be fun after cooking for several events for friends. At that moment Chef Odell decided to start a catering company. And that is when JJB Catering begin. So over the next 10 years JJB Catering operated off and own as a part-time job and for extra money. Now in 2015 Chef Odell started working from home and put more time and effort into running and operating JJB Catering as a full time business.Because of the atomsphere that is why Chef Odell's motto and mission statement is "Cooking with Love and Passion" This is something that us at JJB Catering live by.
